Sustainability group Anthesis acquires SecondNature

Anthesis Group, the global sustainability consultancy, has announced that it has acquired SecondNature.

This is the fourth sustainability consultancy that Anthesis has acquired in less than a year, taking the group to more than 100 consultants in seven countries.

Founded in 2013 by a team led by former WSP Group CFO Malcolm Paul and former Managing Director of WSP’s Environmental Consulting business Stuart McLachlan, Anthesis is capitalising on demand from governments and business for a new approach on sustainable growth, which focuses on driving revenues and cutting cost through sustainable business practices.

SecondNature’s London-based team will join Anthesis as part of the agreement.
